📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Assist in HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling benefits administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee development programs and training initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
