📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning and delivering training programs.,Prepare and present training materials to participants.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants.,Maintain accurate records of participant progress and attendance.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the training department.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Familiarity with training and development methodologies.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning.
