Apotek Bimo Fried Chicken is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles are well-maintained, efficiently utilized, and operated safely. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our delivery and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other transportation means.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are well-trained and adhere to safety protocols.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage and ensure timely deliveries.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Understanding of fuel management and cost control.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
