PT Ekspresi Cipta is looking for a dedicated and professional F&B Service staff to join our team in Cimahi. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Manage food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage menus.,Ability to perform basic cash handling and transactions.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using English and Indonesian languages.,Must be willing to work in a hybrid model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
