📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shop floor.,Restock merchandise as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with inventory management and stock taking.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
