📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all daily operations of the Padel Academy, including scheduling, booking, and court management.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new members and increase academy revenue.
• Oversee the training and development of our team of coaches and instructors, ensuring they are qualified and up-to-date with the latest Padel techniques and teaching methods.
• Collaborate with the Director of Padel Academy to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and expansion of the academy.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all academy members, including enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility.
• Manage and maintain the academy's financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere at the academy, encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect among members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in the Padel and sports industry, and incorporate this knowledge into the academy's operations and offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Padel Academy Manager or similar role in the sports industry, preferably with a focus on Padel.
• A strong understanding of the Padel sport, its rules, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience with marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies, as well as a good understanding of the local market and target audience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A passion for the Padel sport and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
• A valid Padel coaching certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
