📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Maintain accurate records of operations and processes.,Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Provide operational support to other departments as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
