📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating sales activities, including order processing and customer follow-ups.,Support the logistics team by organizing and managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient supply chain operations.,Maintain accurate records of sales and logistics activities, including inventory levels, order status, and delivery schedules.,Assist in preparing and organizing sales reports and logistics performance metrics.,Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of sales and logistics strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or logistics support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic inventory management and logistics software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
