In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software or hardware industry.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Experience with version control systems, such as Git.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
