📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the B2B sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
