PT Dinamika Hasta is looking for a talented and experienced Accountant to join our team. We are a growing company in the Rembang region, and we are looking for someone who can help us manage our finances and ensure that we are compliant with all the relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a good understanding of the Indonesian market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures,Prepare and submit financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies,Maintain and update the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable,Prepare and analyze budget reports and forecasts,Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
