📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales and marketing strategies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in training and developing store staff.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team.,Support the Store Manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of basic retail operations and processes.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
