📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal food supply.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, staff performance, and other relevant metrics.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Promote the restaurant's image and maintain a clean and well-organized dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Previous experience in a multicultural or diverse environment is a plus.,Fluent in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a must.
