📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Provide information about our products and services to potential customers.,Follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and to close sales.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
