📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate and regulatory laws.
- Manage and oversee junior legal counsel, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and regulatory laws.
- Familiarity with legal software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional certification in corporate law (e.g., SANI, Advokat) is a plus.
