📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional service to guests in banquet, bar, and all-day dining settings.
• Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure high standards of presentation.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware.
• Handle cash transactions and provide change to guests.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience in a hospitality or F&B role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different dining settings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
