As an HSE & K3 Specialist at Pelangi Elasindo, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to our workforce. You'll work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure compliance with national and international safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and OSHAS 18001. With your expertise in HSE and K3, you'll help us maintain a safe and healthy work environment, reducing incidents and improving overall productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, equipment use, and emergency response protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement waste management and pollution control measures.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure the safety of all personnel on-site.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE and K3.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE and K3, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certifications in ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001, or other relevant safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and laws in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and educate employees.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with safety management software such as SAP Safety or similar tools.
