Jaya Eko Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. As the Lead Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a full-time position located in Ciamis, Jawa Barat, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 14.000.000 to Rp 21.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food service,Develop and implement menu plans to meet dietary needs and preferences,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field,Valid food handler's certification
