📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design programs to address them.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and guidance to the training and development team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
