📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product sales and market expansion.,Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to healthcare professionals.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the medical field.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective sales strategies.,Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and industry regulations.,Familiarity with medical products, devices, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.,Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
