In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of outlet staff, ensuring that our customers receive the best service and experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of outlet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including stock management, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer experience in the outlet.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the outlet and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
