📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure competitive positioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
