📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.,Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Manage our social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our audience.,Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support our overall marketing goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate new strategies into our social media efforts.,Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand our reach and engagement.,Report on social media performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in social media management or a related field.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.,Proven ability to create and curate engaging content.,Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
