📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure high-quality service by training and supervising staff, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and operates efficiently.,Monitor and maintain food safety and health codes, and ensure compliance with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of food safety and health codes, and the ability to ensure compliance with all local regulations.,Experience with inventory management and purchasing, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus, but not required.
