📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.,Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their level of interest in our products/services.,Set up meetings with qualified leads and ensure they are attended by the right decision-makers.,Nurture leads through follow-up calls and emails to move them through the sales funnel.,Collaborate with the sales team to provide regular updates on lead status and pipeline progress.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Development Representative or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead qualification and nurturing.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus.
