📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Pulp & Paper segment.
• Maintain and grow our existing customer base.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products and services meet customer needs.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments.
• Report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and build relationships.
• Participate in product training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a related role in the Pulp & Paper industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
