We are seeking a dedicated Security Monitoring Officer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our properties and guests. You will work closely with our security team and local law enforcement to maintain a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time position located in various areas across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and emergencies,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of properties,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and reports,Work with local law enforcement to ensure compliance with all security regulations and laws,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff,Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies,Assist in the training and development of new security team members,Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security monitoring or a related field,Knowledge of security systems and technologies,Familiarity with local laws and regulations,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Valid security clearance and certification,Proven ability to make sound security decisions,Excellent physical fitness and stamina
