Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and clinic performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report on clinic performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management or operational role.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in English, with good knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
