📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control tests on medical equipment, supplies, and services.,Monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care and treatment processes.,Developing and implementing quality improvement programs.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures.,Analyzing and reporting quality issues to senior management.,Collaborating with other departments to improve overall quality of care.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Medical Technology, Quality Assurance, or related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role within the healthcare industry.,Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies is a plus.
