📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and high-quality service.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
