📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect, maintain, and repair buses using tools such as diagnostic scanners, wrenches, and hydraulic jacks.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on buses.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bus mechanic or similar role in the transportation industry.
• Certification as a bus mechanic or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as Snap-on, Bosch, or similar.
• Knowledge of automotive and mechanical principles.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing.
