📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of MEP technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to address any issues or concerns.
• Participate in health and safety committees and implement safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., BIM, LEED, or other relevant certifications).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
