As an Order Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking and managing orders from initiation to completion. You will use our state-of-the-art ERP system, SAP, to monitor order status, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods, providing regular reports to management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and track orders using SAP ERP system to ensure timely fulfillment
- Identify and resolve order-related issues promptly to minimize delays
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to coordinate order processing
- Generate and analyze order reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management
- Provide regular updates to management on order status and performance metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order monitoring processes
- Train and mentor junior staff on order monitoring best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order monitoring or related roles in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry
- Proficient in using SAP ERP system or similar order management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to order management
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
