📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage fleet performance using Fleet Management System (FMS) and Google Maps.
• Provide real-time support to drivers to optimize routes and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of vehicles to prevent breakdowns.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.
• Assist in training new drivers on company procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Familiarity with Fleet Management System (FMS) and Google Maps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with drivers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations within Jakarta Timur.
