📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns using SAP and other tax software.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including preparing financial statements and analyzing financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits, in collaboration with external auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or tax role.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
