Front Office Staff - Luxury Golf Resort in Bali

As a Front Office Staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and pampered. Located in Denpasar Timur, our resort offers a serene and luxurious environment, perfect for both golfers and relaxation seekers.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and addressing any immediate needs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve using our in-house reservation system, GolfPro, and our guest management software, ConciergeX, to ensure seamless operations. You'll also collaborate with our team to maintain the resort's high standards of service and hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Manage and update reservations using GolfPro and ConciergeX.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about resort facilities and activities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
• Promote resort amenities and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and ensuring their issues are addressed promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using GolfPro and ConciergeX.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service certification (e.g., Bell Boy or similar) is a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury resorts or high-end hospitality settings is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
