📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all pre-opening activities, including staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Manage the hotel's budget and financial planning.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with the hotel's management team and stakeholders to ensure seamless transition to full operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the hotel's performance against key performance indicators.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing pre-opening and opening phases of luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Hold a relevant certification in hospitality management, such as the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or Certified Hospitality Executive (CHE).
