In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, and ensuring that our operations are in line with industry best practices. You'll also develop and implement training programs to educate our team on compliance requirements, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support our compliance efforts. With your expertise in regulatory compliance, you'll help Mets Cold Storage Services Inc to achieve and maintain a strong compliance culture, fostering trust and credibility with our stakeholders.

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support compliance efforts and demonstrate adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices, and proactively implement necessary adjustments to our compliance programs.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on food safety and storage regulations.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations, including but not limited to food safety, environmental, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Certification in regulatory compliance, such as ISO 19011, ISO 9001, or other relevant certifications.
