📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and mentor a team of Auto Mechanics and Electricians.
• Perform and supervise mechanical and electrical repairs using tools such as diagnostic software, scan tools, and specialized equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure all necessary parts and tools are available.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training to improve technician skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic and Electrician.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
