📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop digital patterns and markers using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, or Lectra.
• Collaborate with designers and patternmakers to ensure patterns are accurate and meet production requirements.
• Conduct fit analysis and make necessary adjustments to patterns to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
• Develop and maintain pattern libraries and templates for efficient pattern making.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure patterns and markers are correctly interpreted and executed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in digital pattern making and garment construction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pattern making processes and workflows.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in digital pattern making techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital pattern making and garment construction.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, or Lectra.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fit analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with designers, patternmakers, and production staff.
• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian fashion industry and market trends is beneficial.
